Sweet dreams are made of these

You know when you have a funny dream that makes you wake up laughing to yourself? I had a hilarious one that woke me up at 8am, but it was so worth the laughs! And I have been waking up at 6am lately, so it's technically a sleep in! This dream was about someone who uploaded a video on Youtube and Joel was in it. In the video, he was being chased by a bear and you could see Joel up close trying to run away from it, bouncing from side to side. It was played in slow motion. The more the camera panned out while the video was played, you could actually see that he wasn't being chased by a bear, he was just jumping from side to side to make it look like he was being attacked by a bear. Pan out further and you see he's in a zoo and the bear is in a cage. I was in hysterics that Mum even came into the room and asked why I was laughing. It was the slow moving Joel that made me lose it - and it was so good that I ordered myself back to sleep so I can have the dream again for a laugh - and guess what? - I had that same dream again and was laughing so hard I woke myself up enough so I couldn't get back to sleep. What a way to wake up! It must have been coz I was chatting to Joel last night (via Chris) and that must have been brought up by my subconscious. Bloody hell what a laugh!

Yesterday I had been busy uploading my old travel pics. I've been wanting to scan them on a computer for quite some time, so it was good to get them out of the way before I leave. It is 16 days to go - almost single digits. The more I look at the number, the more freaky it is! But I'm happy - and Mum's happy. Spent the whole day on the computer doing some stuff. Hopefully tomorrow I'll get some news to share with you all - it's just all a bit uncertain at the moment, so I'll keep it under wraps til then....oooooh, mysterious! It's all good stuff, whatever the outcome.

My fave TV show starts again today, and I've been ordered to tape and watch Getaway, the travel show, as they are going to South America. I've been getting nostalgic these last 2 days with my travel stuff. All part of the "I'm going overseas soon" process. It's a welcome process though.

Mum bought me sushi! She rocks. I'm gonna miss her heaps. OK, off with the computer and onto the bigger monitor in the living room. Chau!

QUOTE OF THE DAY: I am guided throughout the day in making the right choices.

I fell in love with Annie Lennox that day. When I was 5 or 6 and I first saw that video. I didn't even know what I was feeling, I just knew that she was what I wanted to have in my life...

oh, I will spend all eternity trying to fill that void in my heart.

sigh.

But I do love dreams, I unfortunately only sleep about 4 hours a night... so... I don't have them anymore.
